Delivery policy:

If your order is fully in stock we usually aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday). We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Most deliveries are sent on a next working day service (subject to remote area postcodes). If you have requested a Saturday delivery, your order will be dispatched on the first available Friday after your order is ready for processing.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. All UK deliveries are Free P&P through a second class Royal Mail service. You can also choose UPS or Hermes next day delivery service for an extra cost. If your order does not arrive within our stated delivery times, please contact customer services. Royal Mail Free P&P option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date. We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

We will deliver to the delivery address specified on your order. We are unable to accept changes to the delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive delivery and sign for items that require signature on delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
